Career & Resume Tools
Tools for applying for work and understanding what you are being offered. Everything runs in your browser — your resume, the job description and your salary details never leave the device.
The document itself
Build it, or check the one you have. What a parser recovers, how long it runs, and whether the file survives its own export.
Tailoring it to a job
What a posting is actually asking for, and which of its requirements your own words evidence rather than merely name.
Writing it
Every one of these rearranges, labels or measures words you supplied. None of them writes a sentence for you, and that is deliberate.
The interview
Preparation, not prediction. Nobody publishes an interview process, and anyone selling you a named employer's questions is selling scraped anecdote.
Pay and offers
Gross figures with the assumptions on the page. There is no take-home estimate here, deliberately.
What this will not tell you
No applicant-tracking system publishes its ranking logic, and two employers running the same product can have it configured completely differently. Any tool offering a pass rate, a compatibility percentage, or approval by a named system is describing something it cannot see.
What can be tested honestly is the document itself: whether the text comes out, whether the sections are recognisable, whether the dates are unambiguous, and how it compares with a job description you supply. That is what these do, and the wording throughout says so.
Nothing here writes your resume for you
Where a requirement is missing, you get the job's own words and a question — what did you do, at what scale, and what happened as a result. You do not get a sentence to paste.
That is deliberate rather than cautious. Every line on a resume is something an interviewer can ask about, and a generated achievement is a question you cannot answer. Tools that fill these in optimise the document at the cost of the conversation it exists to get you into.
Why there is no take-home pay calculator
Take-home pay depends on jurisdiction, tax year, filing status, pension arrangements, student loan plans and local levies. A figure that is wrong by a little is still a figure people plan around.
Publishing that credibly needs maintained authoritative data for every jurisdiction and year we would appear to cover, and we do not have it. All the money tools here are explicitly gross.
What is deliberately not here
No ATS score or pass prediction. Nobody outside a vendor can produce one, and a confident number would be invented.
No generated bullets, metrics, credentials or employers. A missing qualification is reported as missing.
No scoring against protected or proxy criteria. Location, work authorisation, travel and schedule requirements are shown because they matter practically, and excluded from every count.
No take-home pay estimates without maintained tax data, which we do not maintain.
Nothing uploaded. Resume text, job descriptions, contact details and salary figures are processed on your own device and are never passed to the analytics or advertising scripts.
