Welcome to Toolsfully. Payments made to support the Site appear on card statements as TOOLSFULLY.COM. By accessing or using toolsfully.com (the "Site") and its tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the tools
Toolsfully provides free, browser-based utilities for personal and business use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to use it to process content you do not have the right to use, or in any way that could harm the Site or other users.
No warranty
The Site and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to make the tools reliable, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original files before processing them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolsfully and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its tools.
Intellectual property
The Toolsfully name, branding, and Site content are the property of their respective owners. The files you process with the tools remain entirely yours — we claim no rights to them and never receive them.
Advertising and contributions
The Site may carry advertising. You can choose to support the Site with a voluntary one-time or recurring contribution, processed by Stripe on its own checkout page and subject to Stripe's terms. Contributions are voluntary payments, not purchases: they do not buy access to any feature, service or content, and they are not tax-deductible charitable donations. A recurring contribution can be cancelled at any time and stops future payments; payments already made are not refundable except where the law requires, or at our discretion if you contact us about a mistake.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Availability and changes to the Site
The Site is provided on a best-effort basis. Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn, and pages may move, without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular tool will remain available, and you should not build a process that depends on one being there without keeping your own copy of anything you need.
Responsibility for results
The tools carry out calculations and organise information you supply. The outputs are working material, and checking them is your responsibility — particularly where a result informs a financial, legal, medical, engineering, safety or regulatory decision. Several tools state explicitly what they do not determine, and those statements form part of these terms rather than being decoration. Nothing produced by the Site is professional advice, and no tool creates, alters or validates a legal document.
Third-party links and advertising
The Site links to external pages, including standards documents and other organisations' resources. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Advertising on the Site is served by third parties, whose collection and use of data is governed by their own policies and described further in our privacy policy. A number of pages, including the estate preparation tools, carry no advertising or analytics at all.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Where a change is significant we will try to make it obvious rather than relying on the date alone.
